This module focuses on the improvement of the ability of the Guidance and Psychological Counselor Teacher to carry out Guidance and Psychological Support Services uninterruptedly, by meeting the needs of the students outside of time and place, in situations where there is no opportunity to meet face to face. In some cases, this competence can be used to support the Services given face to face.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understanding the definition of Remote Guidance and Psychological Support
  • Learning about the principles of Distance Guidance and Psychological Support service
  • Learning about Distance Guidance and Psychological Support Types
  • Having information about the issues to be considered / paid attention in Remote Guidance and Psychological Support services
  • Providing continuous service to his/her students without the perception of Time and Space.
  • Integrating emerging technologies (ICT) into Guidance and Psychological Support services
  • Understanding the differences between Distance and Face-to-face Guidance and Psychological Support services
  • Providing Guidance and Psychological Support services to more people at the same time.
  • Monitoring and Controlling students who need Guidance and Psychological Support Services continuously
  • Being in constant interaction with the family and other elements While providing Guidance and Psychological Support Service
  • Following and observe the results and impacts of Guidance and Psychological Support Services continuously and more easily
  • Being able to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied practices faster and easier.
